I've started getting /fit/ not long ago. It's been about 3 moths or so. The objective was to get rid of the excess body fat and then grow on some muscle. Lost 7 kilos in that period and for some reason It stopped. At this point I am 177cm and 62kg. The goal is 60kg.
Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Fat loss always gets harder the lighter you get.
Eat less and do more cardio is pretty much the only thing that will work I'm afraid.

That's stupid by the way, you did it the wrong way around. It's easier to get muscles when you are a bit overweight and take in a lot of calories. Afterwards you do a cut and get rid of the excess body fat while maintaining your muscles.
