8 am: 2 eggs, 1/4 oatmeal biscuits
10 am (post gym): 1/2 avocado, 2 boiled eggs
12 am (main meal): rice, broccoli, 100g grilled chicken, lentil, mashed potatoes
3 pm (free meal at work): 3 breads with peanut butter, 2 cups of milk with chocolate powder
6 pm: (main meal): rice, broccoli, 100g grilled chicken, lentil, mashed potatoes
9 pm: 1/4 oatmeal biscuits, milk, some fruits (in brazil they're really cheap)
12 pm: yogurt
before sleep I tend to take 1 spoon of olive oil but not aways
I spend around BRL 500/month, If we change it to US$ we get ~ US$ 180/month.
Get your ass out of the chair and do stuff in the kitchen, it's healthier and cheaper than Mc Donalds.
