When I'm skinnyfat, do I still need to bulk to get othermode or should I just eat slightly more and keep training?
Eat at a maintenance or slight (100-200kcal) surplus on lifting days, Eat at a deficit(<300kcal) on rest days.
Maintain 1g/lb protein every day.

im a small dood so when i did a cut first i looked like a meth addict in the end, that being said i bulked after and look way better than i ever have. during the cut people at work thought i was smoking crack or some shit, so just watch out for that. lol
