His argument seems pretty solid, to an extent. Women care about resources first. If they get good resources, then they can worry about looks.

It's like if guys are really into brown hair, and then all the girls around them have brown hair. Suddenly that's not relevant because all the girls have that quality, so they focus more on other aspects.

He also makes a good point that working out is good in general, even just for health.

But like he points out in the video, your physique is often the cherry on top. Yes, you SHOULD get in shape, and it will likely help with women, but men have to work harder than women. If a woman is attractive, that's all that matters. As a guy, you couldn't give a shit if she lives in a box. You'll let her live with you if she'll put out. But women want a guy who's interesting, can provide for her, is funny, attractive, all of that.

I think his point still stands. He does come off as a little whiny though.
