I live in a hot place (around 35°c at day and 29 at night). Is it humanly possible to condition yourself to sleep with no AC or fan without feeling uncomfortable?

Ice cold shower before you go to bed. I did it through Sydney's recent heatwave of 35 degree nights

Just make it a part of your routine to build mental discipline.
Combined with a simple calisthenics program (80-120 reps each of pushups, situps, squats) and a bit of running (6.2 miles or so a day), and you'll be on your way to making it in no time at all.
Humans have lived without AC longer than they have with it, bruv. You just can't imagine it because you cannot recall a time before AC.
In short, yes.

Feels good living in a temperate climate

Just stay hydrated and prepare to wake up to a bed soaked of sweat and possibly piss.

No brah. It's not.
In Africa, they never sleep. That's why they're so violent.
