Hey anons, I need some advice. I'm 5' 10, and I weight 110lbs. First of course I need to get some extra pounds. I want to stop being a weakling, /fit/. Some help? Nutrition plans/ Exercise plans? I'm willing to do anything. Also, should I pay for a personal trainer or just go to a normal gym and do my shit? Is going to some place neccesary at all? Can I just do calisthenics at home and go for a run? Should I buy some weights? Thanks guys.

Eat literally everything. Chocolate. Milkshakes. Crisps. Fast food.
And don't fucking stop eating.
Eat til your stomach hurts then eat more asap.
You are not capable of accidentally getting fat if you're 110lbs at 5'10.
Don't even think about trying to gain weight by eating "clean" foods.
Start dirty, and get cleaner when you learn how to eat a man size meal.

As for exercise. Read the sticky and pick a beginner program.
That in conjuction with eating lots of food will QUICKLY put a lot of muscle on you. Your body will be crying out to gain some.

You need to eat. Always remember you're not a hard gainer. You just need to eat. Pick a program and hit the gym. Then eat eat eat.
