When did you realize that you wouldn't build any muscle or couldn't take up any sport seriously if you've followed an actual scientifically approved healthy diet?
How are you supposed to work out if most of these diets mean eating lots of vegetables and fruits, not too much protein and even less fats?
They're basically high fiber, high carbs diets since most of your calories should come from grains and fruits.
