You don't count exercise calories. You're not supposed to go off your BMR. Do your TDEE and then subtract the 600 calories.

Anyway unless you're female or a manlet you shouldn't be eating below 1500.

Thats fine when you're obese/overweight.
Your TDEE will be way over 2500kcal now though unless you literally do no physical activity.

I only lift 4 times a week and do conditioning once a week.
I calculate at sedentary regardless. Office job and I don't do any other physical activity aside from gym days.
Till I get to my goal weight there is no reason to do otherwise.
