Not as free as i used to be, and i'm nearing the natty limit anyway.

Maintain it? Not really. It's better than doing nothing all week, but if you aren't stimulating yourself more often that that, your body composition will naturally change, assuming you've been lifting regularly up until that point.

How can you be so busy that you only have time once a week?
