If I lose count mid set and accidentally do a 13th rep will I lose my hypertrophy?
>>40463438
no
it just causes a stack overflow and loops back to one rep
>>40463438
no
only the reps that you consciously count contribute to your gains. it has to do with the quantum observer principle.
>>40463438
what i do is just cash in all my extra reps at the front desk for a prize
Yes but dont worry just notch them on your gym abacus and you wont lose count
>>40463438
I don't even count the first rep, thats just to get in into position. So technically I do 13 reps sometimes
>>40463489
>I don't even count the first rep
Why would you? that's like counting the weight of the bar
>>40463457
I need to get back to programming
>>40463503
wait, i count the weight of the bar and the weight of my arms
have i been doing this wrong?
>>40463457
>stack overflow
I wasn't aware that sets were a recursive function.
Do you ever wonder where all of those lost reps go? They're still stored somewhere in your mind. You can actually access the reservoir of gains that you have stored up if you just remember the reps later on.
>>40463532
i went to the gym lost and found and stole some plebs lost bench reps
>>40463517
h-how much do your arms weigh, anon?
>>40463576
not the guy you're replying to but my arms weigh 5 reps
>>40463576
about a half leg, why?
