Sugar is literally chemically addictive. It will make you more hungry, not less, which will ultimately lead to more cravings, more overeating, and more getting fat.
I just discovered: You can make bretty fugging good ranch dressing, with bretty gud macros, out of unflavored Greek yogurt and packets of mix.
