I blend one whole avocado, one cup of whole milk, one cup of orange juice, 5 oz of pineapple, maca powder, and I empty the powder out of a capsule of L-citrulline, then blend until smooth. Takes a while to get it all down but it's tasty and makes me fell good and has other good effects.

I use 1/2 sliced on a salad then the other 1/2 in a protein smoothie the next morning. Sometimes a simple guacamole, mashed avocado mixed with salsa cruda. I like that mix over tuna.
