I have been lifting just over a month now but only doing arms so far.
I normally do barbell curls (35kg), dumbell curls (15kg), overhead (30kg), bench 40kg, and pentley rows 40kg, all 3 days a week.
when I see progress of what others could do after a month it seems im weak compared to them. why is this? it's frustrating me, I do eat enough, and even 2 weeks ago started having protein powder.
should I increase 3 days to 5 or 6 days a week?
You should stop doing what you're doing and read the sticky.

Hahaha enjoy no gains. Seriously. 95% of all gains come from the compounds. You're doing none of them.
