started getting insane knee cracks.
looked for stuff and came upon this

realized i had not been doing much foam rolling and started a 30 min session of pain.
but holy shit, i am still cracking but its waaaay better.
i guess it's true that cracking mostly comes from misaligned muscles.

Cracking and crunching do not mean anything is wrong.
It's when you have pain that you need to become concerned.

my foamroller is 1 piece of solid cork. it lasts a lifetime and is way better then those soft ass foamrollers.
