And to think just showing up was enough even for a second. How pathetic of me. I'm making gains tomorrow boys. I'm sick of deadlifting 285 for almost a year. Seriously. My muscles look a little fuller yet my strength is not really increasing. I've been OHP'ing 125lbs for 3x5 for the past 7 months. I have been wasting precious time.
