How do I go about training the most important muscle in the body, the heart?
Run like you're 6 and Jared is behind you

Regular cardio. Mixing up with different types would be beneficial as well.

It's just like any other muscle bro. Just be sure to get that time under tension. Don't skip eccentric contraction, the more you slow down your heartbeat, the more gainz you get. Isometrics are good too, and are a great finisher to your workout
going by science:
HIIT
also don't do coke
I know this is a dumb question but I wanna confirm my suspicion. I just started cardio and my heartrate is becoming accustomed to it quick. The first day I was hitting 180bpm and now I do the same intensity and only hit 140. To increase it should I up resistance or intensity or both? I feel like I'm wasting time if I'm not on the brink of death.
Don't be afraid to show your vulnerable side. Love and be loved.

You don't need to. Just squat heavy, strong quads can replace a weak heart.

subtract your age and your resting heart rate from 220 and aim for that #+ 75% of that #
>>40450845
So I should go for 271 bpm? nice formula retard
>>40452404
That's literally THE cardio formula fag
(220-age)*.75 = target heart rate
I'm 20 so my target heart rate is 150 bpm. For a good workout maintain atleast 30 minutes of excersize at that heart rate.

HIIT is anaerobic
Both those heart rythms are deadly find a better pic. First is a fib. Second is v tach with a wide qrs.

Dont get dumped by a grill

You (I'm assuming) wrote it wrong the first time. You said +75% which is different.
