Around 22 percent.
How heavy were you at the start?
Literally no one on this board will be able to give you an accurate estimate.
These threads are full of people who have no idea what they're talking about, and even if an actual dietary physician were to be browsing, he wouldn't be able to say without taking actual measurements.

150ish around 2 years ago, I've gotten down to 89kg on keto where I was pretty lean but been on a semi bulk/maint for a few months.

Cheers, the loose skin kind of fucks caliper measuring so have no real idea
I guess around 15?

Stomach looks big, but vasculature on arms. Tricky. I'd say 19%

Is why I asked for an estimate, a ballpark figure is better than having zero idea. I get vascular as hell and really lean on the arms/face but still have a huge gut so it's confusing.
Tried to be as neutral with the pic as possible because flattering ones/with pump etc can look complete different.
Posted in cbt asking for an estimation so might as well post here as well.

your the guys whose chest wont grow. Hit some incline dumbell flys at really light weight. And really try to squeeze your chest and stretch. Make sure the weight is light or u will fuck ur shoulders. GL!

I've never felt incline flies no matter what weight I use but I'll throw them in again and really focus on the muscle mind connection. I was feeling muscle activation doing moderately low weight low to high flies but it hasn't really done anything for my chest.

try reverse grip DB press, it activates your upper pecs more than incline DB bench
>>40450523
i do incline dumbell flys as well as low to high cable flys. Add in cable flys as well, you should feel your chest with cables.
Also if you dont feel it in your chest make sure that the dumbells are going above your chest and at your neck or face level. They have to be directly over chest for you to feel them, otherwise youl just feel your arms.

I've been doing incline dumbell press both push days so I might switch it so one of the days I do incine press and the other other I reverse grip. Ill probably have it so one day I do incline flies and pec deck and the other I do cable flies and low to high. If non of that works I might just fraud and do them all on the same day.

Huh, loose skin doesnt look so bad. I started out heavier than you, but its taken me a bit longer and im only 15 lbs more than you now. But I dont look anything close to that though. When did you start lifting compared to starting losing weight?
>>40452033
Started lifting in my obese state about 6 months before I did any dieting and stayed around the same weight, took me a solid 6 months to learn a good routine and what lifts do what etc.
Moved out of my parents after that 6 months and got a job though and the weight dropped off insanely quick, been hovering between 110 and 90 for almost 2 years now and that's minimized the skin, also drink like 4+ L of water every day which helps apparently.
