Self explainatory
Personally I prefer a PPLxPPL routine, but you can do whatever or the 3 appeals to you most

What about mixing PPL and U/L
I do a push pull split and train hamstrings on pull ans quads and calves on push days ?

Not really but its very easy to make your own plan.
1) you decide how many exercises per body part
2)pick said number of exercises per body part (for example Chest: benchpress, Cable flyes and incline bench.
3) take care that antagonist muscle groups(muscles that make things move opposite direction) are equally stressed.
For example if you do three Chest exercises you should do three rowing movements.

seconding Greyskull LP. He just released the 3rd edition of his book and it's amazing.
Wanted to do a PPL but can't work out more than 4x a week. Does this look good?
>>40448051
don't do this, nobody fresh off a strict system like SS is ready to "just make their own"
>chest/back day with 6+ exercises
yeah I don't think even this guy knows what he's talking about

Ehhh it's alright but the mixing of muscle groups is kind of weird
I don't know a ton about good U/L routines but this looks pretty good
