Redpill me on creatine. What are it's benefits, it's cons and is it necessary.
It makes a difference but barely. Not necessary.

If you're too lazy to google one of the most well-researched and widely discussed supplements in the industry, you're almost definitely too lazy to ever maintain a reasonable level of fitness that make taking creatine worthwhile.

Dont buy it brah
No serious issues with it unless you buy the cheap garbage
It does have noticeable benefits
Try it for yourself instead of asking a bunch of autists

dyels just love creatine, srsly even though it's cheap as fuck it only gives like 1 or 2 extra reps for a set of 5 after you have taken it for a while and for some give a bit fuller looking muscles
not worth the daily routine to drink down 5-10 grams of it as it never mixes to anything properly and it tastes kinda bad
if you have that extra 20 bucks for almost half a year worth of creatine and dont mind doing it daily yeah why not, it's just not that effective, rather buy fishoil with that money instead
