Fucking hell lads what do you do when you are ill?
Do you still go to the gym and sweat it out?
Or do you just lay in bed and mong out?
I try to go for walks instead
Sometimes the body needs longer to recover.
Use the time to reflect and meditate.
Im not sure if its entirely true but supposedly exercise suppressed the immune system which will prolong your cold.
I think the general rule is if its a head cold you should be alright to train. Try to avoid things that will inflame a set of inflamed lungs?
Depends on the sickness, but in general I stay home through the first day then get back at it.

That was me last week. I lost 10 pounds after being sick for 6 days and I think it was all gains. Fucking kill me.
It depends. If I can breathe somewhat normally, am not sneezing or vomiting, and not running a fever, I'll go. Quite often I'll feel better in going for at least the main lifts.
Got cold first time in four years. Being missing gym for over a week now. Feel like shit, can sleep only 4-5h a day.

If it's a cold I lift through it. I think it has actually helped my immune system.
