Why do you do them that heavy? Heavy pullovers aren't safe IMO.

yeah I used to do heavy barbell pullovers when I was a rookie and one day my arm just buckled and now I get a deep mild pain in between my triceps and delt when I do OHP/lateral raises.
but so far I've had no issue with DB pullovers and it's pretty light, around 20kg
