Hey, so I've read the wiki and a couple other guides but I'm not sure when I should be taking my protein and supplements. Do I want to take them before or after my bike ride/workout? How before/after?
Also I'm training to be faster at the velodrome if anyone wants to bro out and talk about bikes. I ride my track bike on the street too so I've mostly been doing 20-50mi rides with sprint intervals to train.

Apart from squads you can't really do much off the bike, apart from getting more flexible for aero gains.
