why even bother lifting naturally? You could literally reach your natural limit in a 6 month cycle and get off and just maintain. I don't understand why people waste all those hundreds of hours for 4 years of natural lifting when you can literally do the same thing in 6 months. honestly feels true though, doing my first cut and ive lost considerable amounts of strength on my squat. Went from squatting 475 to barely being able to squat 405 for a single rep. Bench has maintained pretty good tho
