yes, empty stomach makes ANY drugs more powerful, sometimes multiples stronger, same with taking some opiods with grapefruit juice (not as much change as with an empty stomach tho)

Some drugs mess with your blood chemistry/stomach lining. My addy script said to take it with food specifically for this reason.
