/fit/, what are healthy, filling nuts to add in order to help combat my hunger that burns well and doesn't have too many calories?

Hmm, what would you suggest instead? I'm already eating spinach but it's not enough.

I would suggest a dry cup measure of oats with 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, together with natural whole fat yogurt.
Keeps me satiated from 7am until 3pm

What you want is something high in protien. I'll have 80 cal of peanuts if I'm feeling a little hungry before bed, but you'd need to leave a sizeable amount of space in your diet in order to work in something filling. I'd say at least 170 cal of anything high in protien, like meat or peanuts.
