I have been lifting for 2 months, why don't i see results? My arms don't have much muscles
Shit routine.
Not eating enough.
Not lifting hard enough.
Skipping days.
Not enough sleep.
Making excuses.

>2 months
thats why

Not OP but hoe seriously does sleep deprivation affect gains?
>>40439677
Less time to rebuild muscles and performance is affected so less efficient workout

Sleep is literally when all your gains happen.
if your muscles don't recover (lots of sleep + proper food), they can't grow.

>confirmed that I'm never gonna make it
t. 2-3 hours sleep a night

takes at least 4 months
I don't get the whole >4 month thing. When I started lifting and conditioning hard, I saw results in as little as two weeks. I recently started my routine again getting off the track season and I already see a big difference a month into it. I don't know, maybe i'm a freak.
You're probably gaining but not noticing it unless you're comparing pictures.
As long as you're eating, following a good program, getting enough protons and sleeping, you will see results
It took my room mate a little more than a semester of constantly joining me for workouts three days a week before he started making noticeable gains. Keep at it
