I am 6'2" 182lbs and my calipher says that i am at 8% bf.
I only see a light 6 pack if i am not flexing

Surprised you don't have one already desu. I'm 6'2" 210lbs and I don't think I'm much more than 20-22% bf (never been accurately measured and electric scales always say around 20%)
