I've been lifting and playing WoW non-stop since 2005.

But I play video games and lift and I still have a fairly productive life. It's about moderation. I'm kind of getting sick of videogames now though, barely play them 2 hours a week, used to play them 6+hours a day

Nice bait. If you can't lift and do all of those things something is wrong. It doesn't take more than an hour 5 or 6 days a week to get reasonably fit.
