How do I burn more calories than I consume?
I'm sitting down most of the day and I east 1200-1600 calories a day. I don't have time to exercise that much.
I'm still skinnyfat and idk what to do about it

You're lying or fucking something up. Your TDEE is most likely about 1600cal.
