2 cups based heb mootopia milk (12g pro/6g sugar vs normal milk 8pro/12sug)
Coffee
2 slices Ezekiel bread, toasted with peanut butter
200 grams Kangaroo and 3 eggs with black coffee and a glass of orange/ginger/vitamin juice with my NAC/Taurine
200 grams chicken plus veggies
300 grams rump steak plus veggies
PWO of dr pepper cherry and instant coffee
Post workout of 200grams chicken and veggies with 2 multi grain bagels and cheddar cream cheese
Hitting about 700 cal deficit
Rice and chicken
Fatburger with 400g of beef
Fries
Diet coke
Some cottage cheese
