I need advice /fit/
My girlgfrend is South Korean, so she's small and weak as shit. I've been bringing her to the gym for a couple of weeks, on and off, and just showing her bits and pieces. She currently squats 4kg.
I'm wondering, does anybody have any starting routines for weak as shit little ladies? One that isn't so upper body dominant obviously.

Dont think you need to worry about her having an overdeveloped upper body. Women simply dont providing shes doing a lot of leg work.
I would add more upper body work to Starting Strength even for a woman

Anyone can squat 4kg, even people weighing 200kg and never having spend a day exercising in their life... if she doesn't squat At least 10kg her first time in the gym she is just bullshitting and not putting enough effort.
