anyone here tried lyle's rapid fat loss handbook? how did it go for you?
i'm currently doing SL, and planning to dial it down to only twice a week. i will also stop cardio and take walks instead 3x a week.
i want to try cutting to 12% bf before focusing on clean bulking/cutting cycles for strength/muscle gains.
at my current bf, about 18%, eating at a 500 cal deficit would make cutting about 3 months long. would rather suffer more for a few weeks.

bump
If you do a 1000 cal deficit then you can do it in 6 weeks
think about that

You talking about PSMF?
Yes it works and it's not bad at all. Broccoli + tuna + coffee + protein shakes all day errday.
Infinite broccoli helps keep your stomach full
I have the PDF printed out, I've read it all.
I can't physically do it though, it's too hard to stick to. You can get the same benefits (much slower obviously) from standard calorie/macro tracking and eating more food.
just do lyle's other body recomp: ultimate diet 2.0
basically similar concept of RFL but you are incorporating higher cho refeeds.
again, you don't have to follow the book to the tee, however, if you are cutting that much daily calories, take into consideration of essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins you need to optimal health.
