Can I lose weight while continuing to do Stronglifts but without losing my strength?
Bumparino.
No™
Depends on how deep into lifting you are.
But since you're on SL, yes, probably. For a while at any rate. Just be sure to keep your diet on point and get enough protons.
I started at over 300lbs doing stronglifts, I'm down to 215 at the moment and still cutting but I'm almost at 1/2/3/4, I started last June

Well I've been doing it for a year maybe now but I'm a small guy.
What defines how deep in I am?

you have to remember your own overall weight was helping you lift the weight
so yes you will lose it
but it will be a more honest display of your strength
I've cut 90 lbs before and maintained the same strength level throughout. If anything cutting should increase your squat, every 5 lbs you take off your gut and tits every 2 weeks can go directly onto the bar.

Well, I'm happy enough with my squats, it's everything else that I feel is finally getting respectable relative to my height.
I finally hit 50KG 5x5 on bench, 100KG on deadlift. I know for most people those are tiny numbers but still.

Only if you've just started lifting. And only if you're not going to be cutting for that long. If you've already been lifting for a while or if you're a fat ass and need to lose a lot of weight, then you'll lose some strength. Just accept it.

At those numbers you will add strength for a long time even while cutting.
