My resting heart rate is 60, but spikes up to 160 when I do cardio. Is this normal?

My legs have a tendency to move quickly when I'm trying to catch the train, but right now they aren't moving at all, am I dead?

kek
resting heart rate of 60 is literally the bare minimum on the 'normal' range, usually implying you're an athlete, but spiking to 160 implies you're probably not.
could be an underlying issue, or you could just be an idiot.
i'm banking on the latter.

Really? Just did extensive testing for an experiment, im at 52 when i make an effort to calm myself. I wouldn't say im very athletic, pretty standard on a cooper test at least? What other factors contribute to a low resting heart rate?
