BB flat and incline bench on Tuesdays. DB flat and incline bench on Fridays. Sometimes I'll also throw in some cable flyes.

my 1rep max for bench is only 280, but my pecs look decent thanks to good insertions and a narrow waist that makes them stand out. 6'1. Chest routine involves 3-5 exercises from pic related on chest day plus some auxiliary stuff like push ups etc. 3x15 on first 4 weeks then gradually bring it down to 5x5 on the 12th week while increasing the load.
