Hey, anyone cares to share their experience with taking creatine? Any sides like diarrhoea or hair loss?
I am mostly interested in dem strength gains and don't really care about how it affects looks.

Well the thing is that it increases DHT levels, which in turn accelerates male pattern balding if you are already predisposed to it.
So, if you are not predisposed it won't make a difference. If you are, however, you might lose your hair faster, but it would probably have happened sooner or later anyway.
I pooped solid green shits the first time i did a loading phase

> loading phase
> falling for the "consume your product faster without any real reason so you can buy more real soon" meme

Yeah, I've read that over and over when I did my 'research', but people seem to experience some hair loss even though they're not genetically prone to it.

Creatine has been a part of my diet for about a year now and I've had no hair loss. I am going grey faster... that may due to being 36 though
