exercise does suppress the immune system for a while during and after training, but that's only a downside when you're actually sick.
maybe you're just not eating correctly, try eating more carbs and less fat. try eating a bit more protein, try a multivitamin or eat more fruit.

During my research I found out that some sites were claiming a link between milk and a bad immune system. Is that new-age bullshit, or is it true?
