Ever since I started lifting, I get sick more often.
Does heavy-ass lifting kill your immune system?
How do I into immune gains?
you're losing, you're losing, you're losing, you're losing your vitamin c
When do you lift? I've read that lifting in the morning fucks with your immune system
>>40420345
I don't get that reference.
>>40420353
I lift in the evening.
if you feel a cold coming on take this shit ASAP
>>40420353
lol I dont think so, Imma need a citation bruh
>>40420332
exercise does suppress the immune system for a while during and after training, but that's only a downside when you're actually sick.
maybe you're just not eating correctly, try eating more carbs and less fat. try eating a bit more protein, try a multivitamin or eat more fruit.
hope you get better
Ignore the other people here, I had the same problem before. It's because you don't wash your hands after the gym. That place is crawling with bacteria
>>40420933
for the record I meant more carbs and less fat to accommodate the increased calories from carbs, don't exclude fat from your diet or you'll feel even worse
>>40420935
this probably
>>40420915
Is it too late to take it I'm battling cold already? Shit is bad and I've missed a week of lifting
>>40421012
Do you really skip gym just because you have a cold? Never making it famelam
>>40420935
this pretty much. same goes for everything you touch in public, handles, buttons, etc. Wash yo damn hands
Wash your hands in the changing room mate and don't touch your face.
Think of how many people have touched the weights before you

>hope you get better
Thanks, and thanks to all the other helpful replies.
During my research I found out that some sites were claiming a link between milk and a bad immune system. Is that new-age bullshit, or is it true?
