how should I end it?
When I was a high school freshman I was 5'11" and 140 pounds. I could bench 135lbs what the fuck are you doing?

Being weak as fuck. Is there hope or is an hero the only option

Stop doing the routine your friend recommends to you. Stop doing splits and actually start lifting.
Run some miles, Lift, Eat healthy.

Well I mean I just started lifting like three weeks ago, and I'm doing a variation of the stronglifts. Also I'm cutting rn. But still 95 lbs is just unacceptable
OP, my 5rm was 95lbs just 3 months ago. Now my 5rm is 130lbs. Just keep benching dude.

I started at bar. Now im almost at 2pl8s. Stop caring what people think, no really cares. If you like lifting enough you got the rest of your life.
Now stop being a faggot. This is thread is done

i was 110-120 when i first benched 135 for 3 reps in highschool. get fucked op
>>40418349
Never seen a skelly bench 135 at all. That's Bullshit.
>>40418269
You're doing something wrong if you've only moved up that much in that amount of time
That's rate of improvement is typical of intermediate lifters that have been in the gym for a few years
Are you in middle school OP? If so you're tall for your age. If not be an hero.
>>40418368
i got to bench 135 weighing 125 so it's possible
>giving up after 3 weeks
>implying OP can even an hero successfully

I'm a 5'10" 137lbs (formerly 108lbs skelly srs) 6" wristlet and bonelet and I know I'm weak as fuck by /fit/ standards, and even my 5 rep max is 115lbs.
Your form is probably all wrong

>5'6"
>241lbs
>can't even bench unloaded bar
>ITT: people who don't touch their chest every rep
