Hey, I never posted on /fit/ before. I'm around 130 lbs and 5"11. All I've been doing for the past five is laying down in my room, My body is very thin and my arms/legs jiggle. How can I solve this? I was thinking about getting up early and running everyday.
Also my diet is shit. I'm either eating poorly or skipping meals entirely.

Hey, Skinless chicken breasts cooked in oven take very little time. Eggs are great . Cup of mixed fruit every day. Cheeses (not processed) Steamed broccoli, asparagus brussel sprouts anything green can't go wrong.
