There's a guy at my gym
5'6 - 74kg (163lbs) and he is so fucking lean, like <8% bodyfat. He has insane muscle separation, muscle fullness, he just looks hard as fuck. The guy sticks out like a sore thumb compared to everyone else in the gym.
He does a body-part split as well...7 days a week.

Also - i asked him about whether he has ever bulked/cut, because he has looked shredded and dense/hard for 2-3 years now.
He claims he has never bulked/cut before, he just eats as healthy as he can and just lifts 7days a week. He doesn't even take protein powders.

He doesn't seem to have any subcutaneous fat.
Like, his skin is paper-thin, can see all his veins, can see all his muscle separation, he looks like a walking muscular skeletal chart.
I've NEVER seen anyone else who looks like that at the gym, hence why he sticks out like a sore thumb.

Is he THAT lean year round all the time? Still possible natty I guess but maybe he's on like Clen or DNP or something, maybe he just doesn't eat
I'd have to see a picture or something but 163 at 5 foot 6 is within the natty limit. I have a friend that's 165 at 5'6", hes been lifting for 9 years but not as seriously as he could be, he definitely has room to grow. Guy's like 13%bf
