So /fit/, what are your 2plt bench maxs for reps? Was curious so I tried them all week, all on different days:
>bench 225x11 (so close to 12 but couldn't lock out)
>incline 225x5 (first time doing incline since high school and remembered how much I loved it. 250 was max in hs)
>decline 225x10 (fucken hated it. Why the hell would any one do this lift? No use of leg drive and blood rushes to head, fuck decline!)

decline targets the entire pec better than bench and incline. it takes strain off of the pec tendon area where many people get injured and theres more pec involvement.
