>Training to feel healthy meme
Doms, tired and weaker on rest day than dyels
>babby's first week at the gym

Not OP but am at intermediate progression and competing in powerlifting competitions, and do feel totally beat up on rest days while my powerbuilding routine does fucking kick my ass.
I do feel healthier than when was obese with no muscle mass but do agree with OP's statement about rest days.
Do you not enjoy DOMS?
I know, right? This meme "I have so much more energy after I exercise!" needs to fucking die.
>having rest days in the first place
Not going to make it.
Also
>You will stop being sore after few weeks of training
Is the worst meme.
I get soreness everytime i push myself hard. worse or better but its there. Its just not debilitating pain and you push through it next time you work out

No matter how long you've been lifting for.. If you're not sore the next day, you gotta change up your routine, because you haven't gone hard enough.

>what is a deload week
>>40410247
exercise and training are two different things.
>>40410232
sleep/eat more, pussy,
i've been lifting hard and heavy for close to 6 years now, only times i feel run down are from lifting 6 days a week or not sleeping enough
>>40410262
thats not true you fucking shitlord
>>40410232
Examine your routine or program if you feel THAT fucked up, I mean, personally I really only feel fucked up for a few days after a skills test or competition.

>paradoxical energizing effect of exercise
