Why the fuck is it impossible to find a concrete answer on whether soy is good or not?
One person says phytoestrogens will fuck you up, another will say it has virtually no affect and that meat/dairy products have just as much if not more estrogen in them.
Someone give me a quick run down please
If one says it fucks you up and the other says theres already a ton in the things you already eat, why would you want to eat more of it.
I dont see a single reason to eat soy if you already have a healthy diet desu senpai

The one study people cite as the reason soy will give you gyno had ONE GUY eating ridiculous amounts of soy every day for M O N T H S and was never replicated or corroborated
However, phytoestrogens can do much more than just fuck with your endocrine system and you're better off not eating too much of them
That's not to say if you add a little tofu to your chicken stirfry you're going to immediately keel over and die, but you should consume soy in MODERATION

Stop trying to figure out if its "good" or "bad," start learning about what it does in the body good, bad, and indifferent and how that fits into what you're trying to achieve and then choose accordingly. Everything has a cost, most things have at least 1 benefit. The only person who can decide if its worth it is you.
