Losing gains starting out?
Iv noticed after 2 weeks I can't life the same amount as I use to and iv had to cut down by 5lb.
All the guides say "ok now it's time to add more weight/reps" and I can't even do the same workout I started.
What gives?

I drastically up'ed my protein intake.
I'm not getting 1g per lb body weight but i'ts close.
I'm also feeling a lot more tired then normal.
Like wanting to fall asleep mid day before even getting to workout tired.

Your lifts should never go down.

THe only time that will happen is a long period of not exercising.

Try eating something immediately before the gym. It should give you a boost before lifts. Pre-workout is ok. Even something like a protein shake or bar is good.

You probably didnt eat enough before workout or some shit, and didnt have energy that day. You also wont feel 100% everyday, but you still need to push yourself

unless you are eating 500g of protien (2000kcal / 4kcal/gram) you still have plenty of room for fats and carbs

and unless you are ACTIVELY AVOIDING fat, you will not have "test issues".
