Pack salads with fruit and meat and have those for lunch.
Go to the gym before or after work.
Do corrective stretches 2x/day to prevent your hamstrings and chest from getting tight and hindering mobility.

You can get as autistic as you want with it, or as simple as you want. Just get to the gym and it will sort itself out.

I've picked up playing tennis with a friend and I go to the gym 5x a week. I count calories.

Best you can do if you don't want to do outside hobbies like hiking or rock climbing or some shit.
