I've know how to dance several styles (my mother was a dancer and gave dance lessons) since I was little, I've been fit for just 6 years.

I've always been able to pick up girls by dancing. The thing is that every single female that gets impressed by dancing is at best just plain boring, and usually a complete degenerate, specially if you know them at nightclubs.

Also, you can only dance in very particular settings. You can sometimes show your dance moves here and there at class or at work, but that rarely happens and it gets forgotten pretty easy.

In contrast, lifting is a steady pussy magnet that works outside the "dance" scenario. Now I'm able to approach any girl walking by the street and get a receptive response. This also broadens the spectrum of girls that you can flirt to, even the ones that don't party that often.

tl;dr: quite the opposite actually, being fit is way more efficient that dancing, and attracts better females
