if you want a good body, just go to planet fitness $10/month...who cares....just wear a hoodie and earbuds if you feel weird, go during off hours and do about 5-7 different machines (machines show what muscle it works out), 3 sets on each, should only take about an hour. do for 6 months - a year then upgrade to gold's gym later or something

Hijacking:

I have been doing push ups/sit ups/squats every day since last week monday. I aim to do max amount I can each day. I started this just because I wanted to be able to do more instead of the pathetic 6PU/12SU/16SQ i could do then.

I do lift 'n shit, just wondering, if I keep doing this, what will the long term effect be? Aside from being able to do more each and every day.
