What do you put in your shakes?
For my breakfast I've been having 100g oats (left to soak in water for about 20 minutes), a banana, and a scoop of whey. It saves me a lot of time and despite being quite thick, is palatable enough to drink without problems.
I'm looking for more ideas - I'm considering trying some boiled sweet potatoes blended up for post-workout but am not sure what else I'd put in with it.

you can peel a bunch of bananas ahead of time and freeze them too, that way you wont have to worry about them spoiling or wasting a bunch of ice
