Help me /fit/
It's been 6 months since i started working out, on the second month i was already able to do about 8 push-ups, but everything else was shit, my 1 rep bench max would have to be 40 kilo including the bar, after all this time i've gained weight and improved in a lot of my lifts, i can bench 50 for 12 reps now, but the problem is that my calisthenics/bodyweight workouts have gotten shittier, i can barely do 20 push-ups now, and cant do clean pull-ups anymore. Could anyone tell me what's the cause?

What's your diet like? Do you actually measure it and make sure you hit nutrition macros or do you just get whatever?
Also stop being a woman and you'll have better gains

Dont know what you mean by "stop being a woman", although i can't hit the maximum calculated macros that i need i still have a diet rich with protein, carbs and some fat, also drink protein shakes. My overall strength increased but for some reason i cant do as many pull-ups or push-ups and that's what worried me

Are you an actual Skeleton? 1rm of 40kg...not trying to neg but uh, keeping working at it and eat bigger.

im 178cm, went from 54 to 60 kilos, i guess

That might be the case but i can still do dips efficiently, more than i used to
>those stats
Either woman or aushwitz survivor

Im 90kg bodyweight
Progressing on dips is faster than pullups for me

Im a guy with a woman's body so yeah kinda
>>40398314
Have you seen the same decrease in bodyweight exercises as me? or did you start as overweight
>>40398305
>60 kg on 178
Nigga don't even think about stopping eating before you hit 70 kg.
If you're pullups are weakening that means you're not training you're lats and biceps properly. you're strength should be increasing much faster than your weight.
