Currently doing ICF 5x5 (3x5 for cutting rn) to get my strength up as much as possible. My question is when should I switch programs if the end goal is mass? What numbers do I need to hit for each lift.
So far I squat: 310 3x5
Bench: 200 3x5
Row : 225 3x5
Rack Pull 4 and a half plates and guessing I can dead about 4 plates
I'm also 6'2 , 20 yr old , and about 193 in a cut rn

If you don't care about strength at all, then yeah, you can switch
I would at least stick with it till you finish it. You can't put on lots of mass without lifting decent weight, so strength is good to have.
5/3/1 is kind of an inbetween from what I understand. I would look into it.

If I squat with the same form as Clarence, will I develop the same knee issues as Clarence?
>>40395118
Does he have knee issues? I always hear clicking in his knees lmao

He has had surgery in both knees.

You guys sound like mums. Much like how your muscles adapt to weight so do your joints and bones. It's quiet normal for the ligament to make some noise under that pressure. But it's okay.
